Depending on the support package you choose, we’ll have the opportunity to connect during one to three in-person visits before your birth. These sessions are designed to dive deep into your birth preferences, explore your unique support needs, and build a clearer understanding of what to expect. Each visit is paired with a thoughtful workbook, offering reflection pages, continuing education recommendations, and preparation handouts to help you make the most of our time together.

On call support starting at 37 weeks. We are committed to providing you with continuous support and reassurance during this important time. Beginning at 37 weeks of pregnancy, we will officially be on call for you 24/7, ready to assist whenever labor begins.

We will be there to guide you through early labor and be ready to join you typically once active labor starts. You'll have our continuous and undivided support throughout your labor and for the first hour after birth. Ensuring you feel empowered, comforted, and heard.

After the arrival of your little one, we’ll schedule 1-2 intentional visits tailored to your needs. During these visits, our focus will be on supporting your recovery, easing your transition into parenthood, and nurturing your emotional well-being.
